Description
Yin Yoga: This is the name of the quiet style of yoga. Intensely held poses (asanas) while sitting or lying down and deep breathing enable relaxation. Fasciae (connective tissue) are gently stretched, blockages are released, meridians are stimulated and muscles are relaxed to find inner balance and ease. The course takes place with and without the use of acupressure and fascia balls, croissants and rollers.
Aerial Yoga: This means letting go and strengthening primal confidence in a cloth about 15 centimeters above the ground. Swinging movements give you the feeling of weightlessness. The body is held by the cloth and contact with the mat close to the ground is made possible. The spine is gently trained, joints are mobilized, adhesions of the fasciae are loosened and the mood is lightened.
Chakra Yoga: In this yoga course the 7 main chakras are introduced. Each class introduces a new chakra and its associations and how each chakra can be balanced using yoga, meditations and aromatic oils.
Body Fit: Exercise the whole body with step aerobics, aerobics or dance moves, plus benefit from a combination of dumbbell training, fascia training and targeted gymnastics to strengthen and tone the entire body.
Jump Tabata: An intense interval workout that alternates periods of exertion with short rests for an entertaining experience. A Tabata lasts a total of 4 minutes and consists of 8 intervals. Each interval consists of 20 sec power and 10 sec easy swing. These quick changes boost the metabolism and make the pounds fall.
Sling Fit: This full body workout involves slinging - attached to the ceiling and using your own body weight on straps. This trains and strengthens especially the deep muscles.
Pelvic Floor - Fit: Exercises for good posture, to prevent incontinence and impotence, as a strengthening of the muscles after pregnancy and childbirth and to prepare for childbirth, to ensure continence under stress and for a fulfilling love life.
