The tightness stretches (EPD) developed by the pain specialists Liebscher and Bracht are used for almost all muscular-fascial tension pain and mood disorders.
Individual elements from the HEALING HUMANS Academy training program, classic fascia training, elements from yin yoga and neuroathletics are also used.
