Effective concepts at EMS Personaltraining Fürth
EMS (electro-myo-stimulation) combines highly effective functional full-body training with various equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, Pezziball, Flexibar, tube, slyngtrainer and step board. In addition, there are exercises from the BBP spinal gymnastics, X Body, accompanied by a professional EMS personal trainer.
Since 2023 we also have Hatha Yoga and Stepaerobic in our program!

Current Information
An additional payment of €10 per session is required on site for EMS training.
