Imagine lying comfortably on your yoga mat with your eyes closed - and being guided on a journey inwards by multidimensional sounds, deep music and gentle words. Your breath is consciously guided, your nervous system is regulated and your body is allowed to let go.
In my 9D Breathwork sessions, a space is created in which you don't have to function. You can simply be, feel and remember what it feels like to be deeply relaxed.
The sessions are regenerative - ideal for getting started and beneficial for stress, exhaustion or inner restlessness.
You don't need any previous experience - just the willingness to come back to yourself.
