Hansefit members pay the admission fee of €4.40 for a 1.5-hour ticket or €6.00 for a 3-hour ticket on site.
Please send the receipt with the following data to cashback@hansefit.de: first and last name, date of birth, name of employer and bank details.
Refunds are usually made once a month from the 20th day of the month.
If you would like to use the sauna, you must first purchase a 3-hour swimming ticket and pay the difference at the payment machine when you leave the pool; this difference will not be reimbursed by Hansefit.
