Mon 9.30 am Pregnant women
8 p.m. Basic I for people with basic knowledge of yoga
Wed 6 p.m. Basic I for yoga beginners and people with basic knowledge
Fri 7:30 a.m. earlybird
Please inform the teacher before the class if there are any restrictions or illnesses.
In Iyengaryoga we practise barefoot, it should have been 3 hours since the last large meal and tight, comfortable clothing is helpful.
We attach great importance to the alignment of the body and demonstrate the exercises, explain them in detail and guide you through the postures (asanas).
The classes start sitting in silence and vary weekly with a focus on standing, sitting, lying down and include forward stretches, backward stretches, twists and inversions, as well as a guided relaxation at the end.
Exercise materials such as straps, blocks and yoga bolsters are provided.
Please leave your valuables, water bottle in the changing room and turn off your cell phone after check-in.
