Hansefit members can expect a wide range of professionally instructed classes in the areas of strength, endurance, coordination, speed, balance, mobility and basic functionality - suitable for beginners as well as experienced athletes.
In addition to CrossFit, hybrid, weightlifting and yoga, the offer is complemented by 24/7 Open Gym, which enables free training regardless of class times.
