Then come to the Stadtgarten in Freiburg on Sunday mornings from 10:00 - 11:00 with your mat and practise a wonderful morning yoga flow with me! Listen to the sounds of nature and birdsong while you complete an activating, powerful but also relaxing yoga practice.
I teach Vinyasa yoga for all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Get into your sports outfit and I'll see you on Sunday!
