Pre- and postnatal courses/ outdoor yoga/ yoga & Dance
🤰 Pregnancy yoga (Wednesdays, 7:30 am)
Are you pregnant? Congratulations! In my gentle and slightly strengthening yoga classes, I will accompany you through this special time. We alleviate typical complaints and prepare you mindfully for the birth with breathing exercises, yoga asanas and relaxation - without any previous experience.
👉 Please clarify your participation with your gynecologist beforehand and give me a short update on your well-being before each class.
🤱 Postnatal yoga (Wednesdays, 8:50 am)
Back to your strength - after the birth. Postnatal yoga supports you during your postnatal recovery: We strengthen the pelvic floor & the deep muscles, release tension and recharge your batteries. Alone or with baby - just as you like it.
👉 Participation from 8 weeks after birth (10 weeks for caesarean sections). Please consult your midwife or gynecologist beforehand.
