Start your day full of energy with my Vinyasa Liquid Flow! This activating yet balancing flow brings body and mind into harmony. All you need is your mat - I will announce further equipment at the beginning of the class.
📅 When? Fridays from 07:15 - 07:45 am
📲 Where? In the Hansefit app under "Courses"
Please note: At the beginning you are in the waiting room. I will open the class 5 minutes before the start and deactivate the waiting room so that you can participate flexibly.

Seepark Rosengarten - from spring 2026
Experience yoga in the open air and enjoy the combination of nature and movement! My Vinyasa Liquid Flow will gently challenge and ground you at the same time. The focus: mindfulness instead of perfection and the balance between exertion and relaxation.
