Vinyasa Liquid Flow:
Experience the soothing power of yoga in the winter months, embedded in the cozy atmosphere of the dance hall (classroom: room 4). Winter invites us to look inwards and come to rest. My yoga classes are suitable for all levels, no matter how flexible you are or whether you are just starting out. The focus is not on perfecting fancy flows, but on the knowledge behind the asanas and the correct alignment of the body from foot to head: Root to Rise. It's not about extremes, but about the balance between effort and relaxation, because balance is key!
Please bring your mat and any other equipment you may need (water bottle, cozy socks, blanket, etc.)! There are gym mats on site that will work if necessary.
