RISE & FLOW (online):
Start the day full of energy with a Vinyasa Liquid Flow! Activating, flowing and at the same time balancing for body and mind. All you need is your mat, I will announce further equipment at the beginning of the class.
You can find my online classes "RISE & FLOW" in the Hansefit app under "Classes", Fridays from 07:15 - 07:45.
Please note that you will be in the waiting room first - I will then start the class 5 minutes before the start and deactivate the waiting room so that everyone can participate flexibly.

Immerse yourself in a flowing vinyasa style that gently challenges and balances you. Whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for a while. The focus is not on perfection or "fancy flows", but on a mindful time on your mat in which you balance effort and relaxation.
Please always bring your mat and any other equipment you need!
