The Yoga Akademie Freiburg is located at Brombergstraße 17c and its beautiful, bright rooms offer the perfect place to do something for yourself and your health in a relaxed atmosphere.
The course is aimed at anyone who wants to strengthen their back in a healing environment and regain their strength through gentle movement.
Short meditation and breathing exercises as well as a long relaxation at the end round off the yoga practice and support deep integration.
