Relaxation - Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a very old art of movement. It is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) alongside acupuncture and others. Qi Gong are the healing exercises of TCM. They are performed slowly and consciously and the focus is on relaxation. We practise staying relaxed despite movement. Qi can only flow unhindered in a relaxed body. Relaxation is therefore the basic prerequisite for all further deepening.
Qi gong strengthens the body's own vital energy (qi) through regular exercise practice (gong).
Qi Gong trains body awareness and has a regulating and balancing effect on the entire organism.
It creates inner peace.
In a Qi Gong class, we practise a selected series of exercises over several sessions. The exercises are simple and are repeated several times. Enjoying movement and consciously feeling the body is another focus of my lessons.
You can practise in comfortable everyday clothing. You can practise in soft shoes, socks or barefoot. No previous experience is necessary and you can also practise sitting down. Barriers: the room is accessible via a ramp, disabled toilet.
