Description
Pilates & Physiotherapy is a department of the medical care center (MVZ) Bromberghof bewegt. We offer Pilates on equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel), Reformer Pilates & Mat Pilates and PhysioFit in small groups (Pilates equipment 3 people and Pilates mats max. 6 people). PhysioFit is also a mat course in which we incorporate Pilates elements to strengthen and stabilize the whole body.
Mat classes can be booked without additional payment.
