Description
Pilates & Physiotherapy is a department of the medical care center (MVZ) Bromberghof bewegt. We offer Pilates on equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel), Reformer Pilates & Mat Pilates and PhysioFit in small groups (Pilates equipment 3 people and Pilates mats max. 6 people). PhysioFit is also a mat class in which we incorporate Pilates elements to strengthen and stabilize the whole body.

Our courses are for everyone who wants to exercise. All levels and ages are welcome.
We also offer a wide range of therapeutic treatments: physiotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, osteopathic treatments and Lomi Lomi massages.
