Outdoor Yoga at the Seepark - Vinyasa Liquid Flow
Immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the Seepark and experience yoga where it is most beautiful: outdoors in nature. Here you can let go of everyday life, recharge your batteries and enjoy the healing effects of yoga in the open air. I offer outdoor yoga once during the week and once at the weekend (the exact days may vary depending on the weather) - for body, mind and soul.
Yoga is much more than just movement and "gymnastics" on the mat: it's about mindfulness, balance and self-care - as well as feeling the connection between breathing and movement.
My outdoor classes are suitable for all levels, no matter how flexible you are or whether you are just starting out. The focus is not on perfecting 'fancy flows', but on the knowledge behind the asanas and the correct alignment of the body from foot to head: root to rise. It's not about extremes, but about the balance between effort and relaxation: balance is key!
