Description
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines movement, music and culture in a unique way. The training promotes strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
The course includes a warm-up, basic and advanced capoeira techniques (kicks, dodges and acrobatic elements), partner exercises as well as rhythm and music training with traditional instruments.
The classes are aimed at beginners and advanced students alike. The aim is to improve physical fitness and at the same time gain an insight into Brazilian capoeira culture.
