Description
Cold sauna
The modern Cryosense TCT XL cold sauna at - 188 °C, the coldest cold sauna in Freiburg for optimum results.
The only Eissauna®️ in the world with a thermo-contrast advantage by combining first heat and then cold. It also meets the highest safety standards and is always ready for use without pre-cooling.
Our application takes 4.5 minutes, whereby the cabin is heated for 1 minute with 80 °C warm air and then cooled down to - 188 °C in 30 seconds for the next 3 minutes. The - 188 °C is kept stable for the entire 3 minutes and offers maximum cold therapy. For beginners, we also offer programs with a lower low temperature.
The Cryosense TCT XL cold sauna offers 2 cold levels:
Moderate: - 172 °C
Strong: - 188 °C, the optimum temperature for experienced users with significantly more noticeable cold than with Moderate.
Ice bathing
Water temperature 7 °C to 9 °C, the large tub also offers space for 2 people and invites you to take the challenge. With the timer, you can always keep an eye on your ice bath time.
Ice bathing times are from Tuesday to Sunday. The water is continuously filtered, chlorinated and replaced daily.
Ice bathing coaching
Your path to becoming an ice bather with breath, cold and mindfulness.
3x ice baths with approx. 15 min. coaching per session to increase resilience, joie de vivre and more.
