Balance Yoga was one of the first studios in Germany to offer contemporary, cosmopolitan and undogmatic yoga "for everyone". Today, the Balance Soul studios have grown to six locations in three cities, including two reformer studios, and are among the largest yoga schools in Europe. Each of our studios is a feel-good oasis dedicated to promoting physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
