Maximum efficiency for your fitness - thanks to EMS.
Your strength training with us only takes 20 minutes and is intensively supervised by a personal trainer.
We train you using the highly effective EMS method. Briefly explained:
Your muscles are activated via the central nervous system - a natural, electrical process.
Electromuscular stimulation (EMS) amplifies these stimuli from the outside and makes the training particularly effective.
This gives your muscles intensive, deep-acting activation and optimal stimulation in the shortest possible time.
We also offer you the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive performance review at regular intervals in a separate appointment with a trainer. We will analyze your current status, define your target status and plan the next few months of training together. Topics such as eating habits, calorie requirements and goals are also discussed and clearly defined.
These goals are then actively monitored and reviewed during each training session so that nothing stands in the way of your progress - provided you adhere to our recommendations.

Current Information
Trial training is possible without additional payment.
From the 2nd training session onwards, the following additional payments must be made:
- 10,-€ per training session obligatory
- 10,-€ for the rental of the suit on site OR as part of a rental over an 8 week contract with 5,95€ per week debit.
Please book your appointment by telephone on 069 / 36602880 or by email to frankfurt-city-west@bodystreet.com. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it at least 12 hours in advance.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the partner can pass on the costs directly to the Hansefit member. These amount to €25 on site without Hansefit Check IN.
