Description
Urban Heroes is your premium fitness boutique in a central location with a 5* service in the heart of the city.
You can expect:
A unique High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT classes) - for optimal training results and increased effectiveness.
HIIT courses:
A combination of targeted endurance and strength training where you alternate between treadmill and floor while professional trainers push you through your workout!
You burn up to 1,000 calories per session and train in a cool nightclub atmosphere: pulsating beats and a sophisticated lighting concept accompany your workout.
From beginner to super-hero level, all heroes are welcome here!

IMPORTANT
Course bookings can only be made and changed (e.g. cancelations) with your own Urban Heroes account via our Urban Heroes APP.
In order to book a place on a course, you must first purchase "additional payment credits" (14 euros each).
(HANSEFIT check-in takes place on site via HANSEFIT QR code)
Just a few steps to become part of the community:
(if you already have a profile with us, please continue with point 5)
1) Download the "Urban Heroes" APP from the Apple Store or Google Play Store
2) Create your own "Urban Heroes" profile in the APP, please fill in all information correctly and accept the terms and conditions
(if information is missing, the profile will not be transferred to our system and profiles can be blocked if incorrect information is provided)
3) Check your emails and confirm the link sent to you
4) Please accept in the APP that you would like to receive booking notifications so that course confirmations can be sent to you, otherwise you will not receive any information, e.g. if you move up from the waiting list.
5) Send your HANSEFIT customer number and the number of "additional payment credits" you would like to purchase in advance by email to HANSEFIT.frankfurt@urbanheroes.com
ATTENTION it is essential to enter a payment method in the APP, SEPA payment can also be set up in the studio. After the first "purchase", you can then buy the additional payment credits yourself later in the APP.
Your account will be activated or topped up with the ordered credits within 48 hours and you can then view, book and manage the courses directly in the Urban Heroes APP.
PLEASE NOTE:
The FIRST TIME
20 minutes before the start of the course, new customers must be on site so that you can receive your obligatory safety briefing. For safety and insurance reasons, you will not be allowed to take part in the training without this.
Cancellation:
Courses must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance in the Urban Heroes APP.
Cancellations made after this time can no longer be accepted. The visit will then be deducted from your "additional credits" and additional fees and a report to HANSEFIT may be incurred if you cancel too often.
