Urban Heroes is your premium fitness boutique in a central location with a 5* service in the heart of the city.
You can expect:
A unique High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT classes) - for optimal training results and increased effectiveness.
HIIT courses:
A combination of targeted endurance and strength training where you alternate between treadmill and floor while professional trainers push you through your workout!
You burn up to 1,000 calories per session and train in a cool nightclub atmosphere: pulsating beats and a sophisticated lighting concept accompany your workout.
From beginner to super-hero level, all heroes are welcome here!

Course bookings can only be made and changed (e.g. cancelations) with your own Urban Heroes account via our Urban Heroes APP.
In order to book a place on a course, you must first purchase "additional payment credits" (14 euros each).

Use of Cryo application for 3 minutes including the first 6 months (01.02.2024 - 31.07.2024)
from 01.08.2024 an additional payment of € 5,- is necessary on site.
Hansefit members can take advantage of one of the services offered per day; either cold chamber or class.
Participation only after prior purchase of the "co-payment credits" (14,- Euro) and only after prior online registration for a specific course in the Urban Heroes APP.
Cancellation period for courses in accordance with the applicable Urban Heroes terms and conditions (https://www.urbanheroes.com/agb/); outside of the cancellation period, fees will be charged to Hansefit members and collected directly by Urban Heroes.
