Hula hoop workout - endurance, coordination and fun in motion! We use the hoop to train your core, waist and pelvic floor, always with a smile.
HIIT & Functional Training - For all those who want to really get going again. Short, intensive sessions using your own weight or equipment to build strength, fitness and new energy.
