Description
You are welcome to come 10 minutes before the start of the class to start the exercises in a relaxed manner. You will be given a relaxing tea at the start of the class.
In Feucht we can use one large and one smaller classroom. Large windows allow the room to be flooded with light and create a pleasant atmosphere. The training benefits from extensive equipment such as Pezzi balls, Pilates balls, Therabands and yoga blocks. I integrate these into the Pilates classes for more challenge and variety. Thick fitness mats are available. Parking is also available right outside the door.
You will need a towel for training. We train in socks or barefoot. Straighten your hair so that it doesn't pinch at the back of your head.
