We are a club-owned, cozy gym with state-of-the-art mobility and strength equipment from Milon.
You can control and track your training digitally and therefore need a short onboarding session (5 minutes) when you come to us for the first time.
If you also want to improve your coordination and mental skills, use our Skillcourt as the icing on the cake. Here you become a live character in a computer game and work up a good sweat while training your speed, reaction time, balance and other skills.
