We have been strengthening Essen's back with strength training since 2002. For 50 years, the international Kieser Training brand has stood for health-oriented strength training and thus for targeted training to strengthen the muscles.
Kieser Training is an effective, scientifically proven concept that does not chase after fitness fashions, but has guaranteed maximum training success for decades. Training for 30 minutes once or twice a week has proven to be an effective dose. Our equipment and exercises are developed on a scientific basis and adapted to the latest findings. Your health is our priority. Our instructors will guide you through your strength training on the road to success.
Computer-assisted back machines (lumbar/ cervical spine) with 1:1 support as an additional subscription for 20 euros per month.
