Description
Our yoga studio Yoga Shoshan has a branch in the Augustinerkloster in Erfurt in Augustinerstrasse 10 in the building "Waidhaus". Here we teach 3 different courses every Tuesday from 4.45 pm to 8.30 pm:
16.45 Yoga meets Pilates
18.05 classical Hatha Yoga
19.20 calm YinYoga
Our room is equipped with underfloor heating so that we can concentrate fully on the yoga class on a warm surface.
Please bring your own mat - our existing mats are a little thicker and sometimes yogis prefer the firm surface of a thin yoga mat.
