We are a small studio and offer a wide range of professionally run group fitness classes. If you are also looking for individual support in personal training (one-on-one) or EMS training, you can book this service in addition to the Hansefit offer.
We value a private atmosphere in which the athlete can concentrate on his or her training without being gawked at or chatted up.
Group fitness classes are available for participants in the Hansefit program. Personal training or EMS training are services to be paid for separately.
Towels, hot and cold drinks are included as a free service.
