Description
In the two large and open studios in Emmendingen and Denzlingen, just a few kilometers north of Freiburg, certified and qualified trainers have been teaching pole dance, aerial hoop, stretching, hand and headstand training for all levels since January 2013.
Nine high-quality poles are available for the pole dance courses, with each participant training alone on one pole.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender or previous sporting experience.
