Do you fancy a little break from the challenges of everyday life as a mom? This class will strengthen your whole body and help you relax.
Whether your child was born 5 months or 5 years ago, with this course you can consciously give yourself and your body time and attention to make it fit and strong for your everyday life as a mom.
This course includes exercises for the cardiovascular system, strengthening the core and pelvic floor. Building up an upright posture as well as stretching and relaxation exercises round off the class.
This course is perfect for YOU if you....
- are looking for a goal-oriented, effective workout for moms
- want to strengthen your pelvic floor and core
- want time for yourself
- have just finished breastfeeding and are going through the final recovery processes
consciously want to support
- you are looking for an advanced course after your postnatal period
Optional: This course is a prevention course according to § 20 SGB V, which is recognized by the statutory health insurance companies and is subsidized up to 100%.
