Cancellation and cancellation policy According to § 615 BGB (remuneration in case of default of acceptance), the claim for remuneration remains valid if a CUSTOMER DOES NOT TAKE THE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT CANCELLING IN TIME!
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the additional payment of €10 will be charged. A new appointment booking is only possible after payment of the outstanding fee. Cancellations can be made by e-mail to info@praxis-puravida.de or by telephone on 07345 5061595.
