Description
I offer two Hatha yoga classes in the "Raum für Körper, Geist und Herz" at Gewerbestr. 17. Both courses are very suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. All postures are explained, demonstrated and individually adapted.
Yoga materials such as mats, blocks, straps, cushions and blankets are already available in the room, but you are welcome to bring your own mats if you wish.
The Tuesday course takes place from 08:15 - 09:45.
The Thursday classes are from 18:30-19:30 and 20:00 - 21:00.
