Description

Systematic running training - faster, easier, better together.
My weekly running course brings technique, power and dynamism to the track. In 60 minutes, we specifically train running technique, running economy and running power - for more efficiency, less risk of injury and noticeably better flow. The training is supplemented by exercises on running ergonomics, stability and movement dynamics. All content is individually adaptable so that beginners and experienced runners alike can benefit. Run, learn and grow together - with fun, structure and fresh air.

Prerequisite: You can already run for 60 minutes at a time and cover at least 7 km.
