Sport after pregnancy
Have you finished your postnatal course and want to really get going with sport after pregnancy? But perhaps your pelvic floor is still a little weakened, your rectus diastasis (abdominal gap) is not yet closed or you are unsure what you can do now and what you should leave alone? Then buggyFit is just the right course for you and your baby!
We are the fitness experts for expectant moms and new moms. With us, you'll get back to a fit and healthy mommy routine. Fresh air, your baby in the baby carriage or in the carrier - together we'll rock it and make sure you feel great in your mommy body again!
In our 60-minute full-body workout, we'll give you the ultimate power-up for the most exciting role in the world: being a mom!
Our special features that you can look forward to:
- Innovative and fun pelvic floor training
- Body shaping abdomen, legs and bottom (taking into account any existing rectus diastasis
rectus diastasis and/or pelvic floor weakness)
- Strengthening your back muscles
- Rectus diastasis check-up
- Useful tips for your everyday life
- Safe training without jogging, jumping...
- Our fat burner: power walking session with the baby carriage

You can start around 8 weeks after a vaginal birth and around 10-12 weeks after an abdominal birth (caesarean section).

Give yourself and your body an evening just for you and treat yourself to an effective 60-minute full-body workout in the fresh air!
An intensive women's power workout awaits you here, consisting of circuit, interval and functional full-body training with a focus on your core muscles as well as cardio units that pack a punch. Of course, the selected exercises can be adapted to any fitness level! As we all know, every journey begins with the first step. So, dear girls, take the plunge and have fun! (Please note our recommendation for this course*)
You can look forward to this:

- Effective and intensive training to complement or follow on from your buggyFit

*We recommend this course if it has been at least 9 months since your last birth, if you no longer have any pelvic floor weakness and if you can stabilize any rectus diastasis well (when lifting your head with pelvic floor tension, there should no longer be a ditch or dome in the abdominal area).
