I offer you wonderful traditional yoga. You can expect a mixture of strength, relaxation, calming down and stress reduction. I am very sensitive and empathetic and can therefore respond perfectly to your physical and mental complaints. You can expect a beautiful series of physical exercises with meditation at the beginning and end. I teach different styles in order to offer a lot of variety.
