Description
Treat yourself to a conscious end to your week. This 10-week yoga & sound course is your way to let go of stress, strengthen your body and start the weekend with a relaxed(er) mind.
We use the symbolism of the five elements (earth, air, fire, water, ether) as a common thread to stabilize your body and find your inner balance:
Grounding & Stability (Earth): You will learn the most important anatomical principles for a healthy practice. Your focus is on the stable and secure alignment of your feet and legs to strengthen your foundation.
Breath & Balance (Air): We refine your breathing and practise specific postures for concentration and balance. You train your self-awareness to find your optimal position in every posture.
Power & Purification (fire): You build up your inner strength through mindful strengthening postures and mobilize your center.
Flow & Letting go (water): We use gentle forward bends and restorative exercises to release tension and guide you into soothing relaxation.
Space & Stillness (ether): You create inner space and anchor the peace you have found through mindful practice and the experience of stillness.
The special thing about this ritual:
Holistic effect: each lesson combines a sound yoga practice with clear instructions on anatomy and an individually supportive use of vibration (singing bowls).
Active centering: You benefit from a practice that combines gentle stretching with strengthening postures to improve your physical stability.
Regular regeneration: You establish a routine that promotes your ability to relax deeply and supports you in maintaining inner balance even during stressful phases.
Course times: Thursdays, 17:30 - 19:00 (10 dates from 15.01.2026)
