Naam Yoga & Sukshma Vyayama - Breath Yoga
strengthens your entire body, gives you energy, inner balance, positivity, mental strength, radiance and has a rejuvenating effect.
In Naam Yoga, we combine asanas, mantras, mudras and pranayama so that after 90 minutes you can go back to your everyday life full of energy and positivity.
Get to know asanas that strengthen your body (muscles and tendons), your organs, your nervous system and your endocrine system.
Practise the teaching of breath (pranayama) with me to focus your mind and spirit.
Immerse yourself in the world of mantras and mudras for a balanced emotional life.
Yin Yoga
is a calm, meditative yoga style in which asanas are held passively in a seated or lying position for several minutes in order to specifically stimulate fascia, connective tissue and meridians. Although it is the gentlest style of yoga, the effect is very powerful. On a physical level, yin yoga counteracts tension and makes joints more supple. On a mental level, yin yoga works in a similar way to meditation, de-stresses the body and mind and helps you to regenerate deeply.
Naam Yoga & Sukshma Vyayama the Yang practice (dynamic) and Yin Yoga the Yin practice (calm) - a perfect combination for energy and calm.
