Welcome to rehabilitation sports in our "Zenloft" course studio in Dresden at Altenberger Platz. You've come to the right place if you suffer from orthopaedic conditions such as spinal disorders, back pain or joint problems in the hips and knees. After your doctor has prescribed "rehabilitation sports", please contact us by phone (during opening hours) or by e-mail and let us advise you. We will do effective strengthening, stretching and mobilization exercises with you in small groups with a maximum of 12 participants so that you feel better again as soon as possible.
