My Alba Yoga Speak & Flow is an ONLINE yoga studio with additional online back fitness classes. All classes take place exclusively online via Zoom.
Hi, I am Franziska & since 2020 yoga teacher (200h RYT 500h in training) and coach for Ayurveda.
My yoga style is my own creation: a dynamic hatha yoga with flow & stable holding based on the elemental teachings of Ayurveda - as well as yin yoga for your deep relaxation.
I look forward to practicing with you and providing you with flowing, invigorating relaxation as a balance to your job!
Your participation in the course is at your own risk & During the course you are invited to listen to your body and skip exercises if necessary.
IMPORTANT:
You can leave your camera out while practicing. Please switch it on for the greeting/farewell!
Please let me know in the chat (privately) if you are pregnant. Some exercises will then be omitted.
Basic rules if you are pregnant:
Exercise so that you feel comfortable.
No inverted postures, exercises in a prone position and no strong trunk rotations from the 2nd trimester onwards.
