Whether young or old, beginner or advanced, everyone can train together in a relaxed, motivating atmosphere. Our young, trained team will accompany you professionally and ensure that you feel comfortable right from the start and can optimize your training.
💚 Check-in & access:
Hansefit members simply check in at the counter using a QR code. You will then have access to all training areas and our separate women's area.
🧴 You should bring
- Clean change of shoes / sports shoes (compulsory on the training area)
- Two towels one for training, one for showering
- Lock for the locker (can also be purchased from us)
- Drinking bottle you can buy it from us or bring your own
💧 Free drinks station:
All members including Hansefit users can help themselves to free drinks at our drinks station during training. There are various flavors to choose from.

- Separate women's area - secluded, quiet and well equipped
- Familiar atmosphere all age groups train respectfully together
- Showers & Changing rooms available as well as solarium and hydromassage
