Wednesday, 18:00 - Cycling session
Guided bike training with a clear structure.

Thursday, 19:00 - Interval training:
Targeted tempo sessions to increase speed and endurance.

Sunday, 08:00 - Long run:
Long endurance run at various tempos to develop basic endurance.

Sunday, 08:00 Long Ride:
Long Ride with different training zones such as: sweet spot, fatmax, threshold intervals etc....
