Owner Torben Stündl, born in Bremerhaven, developed the studios according to his own philosophy. "It was and is important to me to create a holistic offering encompassing health, fitness, and nutrition," says Torben Stündl. "Everyone should feel comfortable here." And so, together with his staff, he fosters a welcoming, family-like atmosphere in both studios. Members know each other and take an interest in one another.

This is also reflected in the membership: ages range from 16 to 85, with an almost equal distribution of men and women, representing many nationalities and all social classes.

Regular sporting, cultural, and social events for members and prospective members are also an expression of this philosophy.

Children are also very welcome. We have set up dedicated "children's corners" in both studios for play and exploration, and we currently also offer classes for parents with babies.
