I'm Nina - yoga teacher, coach and surfer. And I do yoga and fitness differently. In my studio I bring modern, powerful training to Wietze - without esotericism, but with lots of power, lightness and good humor.
Because one thing is clear: you need a strong, healthy body to have a great life. I will help you to strengthen your muscles, find your balance and feel good all round. Sometimes calm and deliberate, sometimes dynamic and challenging - but always in a way that suits you.
Top acrobatic performances? Not my focus. My aim is to meet you where you are right now - without pressure, but with plenty of motivation. Yoga and fitness can ground you, strengthen you and inspire you at the same time.
