Whether you join us online from home or live in the studio, we offer you a diverse selection of classes that are tailored to your needs.
Discover our relaxing Yin Yoga sessions, dynamic Vinyasa flows, meditations and energetic HIIT workouts such as Shake the Dust. For those looking for even more variety, we also have Pilates and Yogalates in our program - ideal for improving strength, flexibility and balance.
With HANSEFIT, you can even take part in our shorty classes for free, which build your strength and flow in just 45 minutes. For longer sessions, our 75-minute drop-in classes are open to you, where you can flexibly immerse yourself in topics such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa or Yin Yoga with an additional payment of just €6.00.
