Description

BodyVenture offers a holistic exercise concept in the great outdoors in Butzbach (Pohl-Göns).
The courses take place at different outdoor locations - depending on the weather, light conditions and course format (e.g. parking lot, sports field, village park).

The current meeting point is always stored in the corresponding course in our booking system Eversports and is binding.

Indoor yoga takes place in the Pohl-Göns community room.
Nordic Walking starts at the Pohl-Göns sports field (edge of the forest).

All courses take place in small groups with personal supervision. For more safety, quality and real body awareness.

Move2Strong - Functional circuit training (outdoor)
Effective and holistic whole-body training with the aim of training all movement patterns and motor skills (strength, coordination, endurance, speed, flexibility).
In small groups with individual adaptation.
Monday 18:00 hrs | Saturday 09:30 hrs

StrongWalk - Nordic Walking & Functional Training
Endurance, back strength and functional strengthening in nature.
Gentle on the joints, effective and personally supervised.
Own poles are required.
Wednesday 18:00

Flow & Ease - Vinyasa Yoga
Flowing yoga for holistic well-being.
Fall/winter indoor | spring/summer outdoor
Thursday 18:30

Bodyweight Power Hour (1× monthly)
Intensive full-body workout using your own body weight.
For strength, toning, core and mental strength

The courses are suitable for all fitness levels.

Bring your own mat for yoga and functional training.
You will need your own poles for Nordic walking. If you don't have any, please contact me in advance via WhatsApp (0160/93375141) A small contingent is available to borrow.
