Important information: the TriYoga® course on Wednesday takes place at Fedelhören 59, the TSY courses on Friday at Fedelhören 8.
The TriYoga course follows a logical structure and there are certain dates when it is possible to join. You can see these on my website or enquire by email. The TSY course is only accessible after attending a trial class. More information about the courses below or on my website.

TriYoga® is a flowing, gentle and dynamic hatha yoga style. Sequences of movements (kriyas) that are coordinated with your own breathing rhythm alternate with longer postures (asanas). TriYoga® is therefore meditation in motion, a flowing of body and mind that has a regenerating and strengthening effect on the body and a calming and regulating effect on the nervous system.
TriYoga® also strengthens and regenerates the spine and thus has a balancing and healing effect on the entire body. The cardiovascular system is also strengthened and healed.
In addition, we develop strength and resilience as we work with slow movements based on physical strength. This creates (with a little practice) an inner and outer flow that gives you peace and balance.
TSY (Trauma Sensitive Yoga) is more of an inner attitude than a yoga style. We practise in such a way that we can develop awareness of which exercises are helpful for each individual and depending on the form of the day. This allows us to regain (more) security in our own bodies.
The courses are led by Sarah, who studied educational science, English and Hispanic studies and has completed training as a systemic business coach, (trauma-sensitive) TriYoga® teacher and resilience trainer.
She also offers body-oriented coaching with trauma-therapeutic elements, health insurance-certified resilience training and yoga courses as well as trauma-sensitive yoga courses. She works primarily with the nervous system and uses methods from NLP, non-violent communication and IFS therapy (working with inner parts).
