Welcome to the Reformer Pilates Room Braunschweig | Fräulein Pilates - your studio for more power, flexibility and a good mood!
With us, you train in small groups of a maximum of 5 people, which ensures a more intensive and personal training experience and gives you space to really get into the workout.
We offer a really varied range of classes: from power-packed "Sporty" classes to gentle "Balance" classes and special edition classes for your bottom and legs - you're guaranteed to find your favorite class here. Our jumpboard classes are also a real highlight: a cardio-heavy, really challenging workout that really gets your heart and fitness levels going.
Hansefit members pay an additional €14 per class, and free parking directly in front of the studio on the street makes your visit particularly easy.
