Our most versatile class. You combine weightlifting, endurance and gymnastics elements in challenging but always scalable workouts.
🏁 HYROX™
Inspired by the event format of the same name: interval training with a focus on running and the familiar HYROX stations. Perfect for anyone who loves the challenge & competition feeling.
⚡️ HYBRID
Combines strength and endurance training in a smart way.
Recurring movement patterns: push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge & core - combined with a classic conditioning part. Without gymnastics, without Olympic weightlifting, but always with maximum impact.
What you can expect:
- Training in small groups with adaptation to your fitness level
Varied workouts that challenge and encourage you in all areas
- Motivating community that supports you in achieving your personal best
Who it's for:
- Beginners who want to build up their fitness in a structured way
- Advanced athletes who want to specifically increase strength, endurance and performance
- Anyone who enjoys varied workouts in a group

Please note that this is NOT a CHECK-IN and is not yet a course booking. You can check in with us on site using your cell phone and a QR code. Pre-registration is required, booking via the Hansefit portal is not possible.
