Our HYROX classes and Workouts of the Day (WOD) offer you the perfect combination of intensive workouts and functional training. You've come to the right place if you want to improve your fitness!
In small groups, we train specifically to develop your ten essential physical skills: Endurance, strength, speed, agility, coordination, balance, agility, accuracy, power and stamina. Our training approach ensures that you make progress in every area and feel fitter all round.
Whether beginner or experienced, our classes are designed to suit every fitness level. As a group, we work together to achieve your personal best, while you enjoy training as part of our motivating community.
For your first registration, please send an e-mail with the subject "HANSEFIT" to mail@wolvesathletes.com. You will then receive all further information about our booking system. Please note that this is NOT a CHECK-IN and is not yet a course booking. You can check in with us on site using your cell phone and a QR code. Pre-registration is required, booking via the Hansefit portal is not possible.

Courses can be canceled free of charge up to 3 hours before the start. This deadline is displayed transparently with every booking. As a Hansefit member, you will receive access to our booking system, training tool and daily workouts. There is a fee of €19 for setting up and using our tools and accessing the training schedule. You can use either one class or the Open Gym per day.
If you reserve a class and do not show up, a no-show fee of €20 per class will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your account by direct debit. By using our offer, you agree to our terms and conditions and the direct debit mandate.
