This course specifically trains flexibility, speed, joint stability, endurance and strength. Each session focuses on one of these aspects, whereby the body is stressed and strengthened in a variety of ways. Through varied exercises, different training methods are learned and a deep understanding of the body's adaptation to different loads is developed. The course is suitable for all fitness levels and promotes a holistic improvement in physical performance.

Start now & strengthen your postural muscles.
The exercises are followed by calm movements & stretches so that you feel strengthened and relaxed.
For all fitness levels and ages. No previous knowledge required.

Strength & Relax is a calm, holistic class to strengthen the postural muscles and improve flexibility. Flowing exercises from Pilates and yoga activate and strengthen the deep muscles of the back, abdomen and pelvic floor in particular - the basis for an upright posture and a stable body in everyday life.

In addition to targeted strengthening, another focus is on active and passive flexibility. Gentle stretching, conscious breathing and controlled movement sequences promote body awareness, release tension and support regeneration.

Each course unit ends with a guided relaxation phase in which the body can come to rest and the stimuli worked on beforehand are allowed to have a conscious effect. This helps to reduce stress, deepen breathing and leave the class with a balanced feeling.

The course is suitable for anyone who wants to strengthen their core, improve their posture and stability, relieve tension, improve their flexibility and is looking for a calm, mindful training environment.

This course combines strength, mobility and conscious relaxation into a balanced unit - for more stability, flexibility and a pleasant body feeling in everyday life.
