We also attach great importance to your health. Whether for preventative, rehabilitative, fitness or performance-oriented training: everyone is welcome in our studio.
With the help of our health checks and an individual training plan, we can help you achieve your personal goal and are always available to you as a contact partner.
Our sauna is currently only used when needed. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Contact our team of trainers and we will switch it on immediately.
From now on (23.03.26) selected courses are included in the program. To register, please call 053149218 at least one week before the start of the course.
