Pure, untreated salt is used in our salt cave: The room has a temperature of approx. 20-21°C with a humidity of approx. 60% - a unique mineral-rich climate. The brine mist is particularly beneficial for your respiratory tract and skin: the salty air (4% brine with salt), which fills the room as a micro-fine, dry mist, can be easily absorbed through the lungs and skin. In medicine, the salt-water solution is used as an anti-inflammatory and mucolytic.
