Our LAUFMAMALAUF course with child and baby carriage is the perfect way to get active again after pregnancy and childbirth. Together with your baby, you can enjoy the fresh air and experience a healthy and effective fitness workout in the company of other moms.
Look forward to a varied, 60-minute full-body workout that is tailored to your personal fitness level. The mixture of strengthening, coordination and endurance exercises ensures that the workout is not only effective, but also really fun!
MorningFit
If you want to start the day feeling great that you've done something for yourself, our 'Morning Fit' class is just the thing for you! The workout is aimed at mothers who want to improve their flexibility and posture, define their body and go through everyday life with new energy and strength around 9 months after giving birth. The best thing about it: you can easily bring your child with you! The training area is designed to be safe and offers plenty of opportunities to play.
Back Yoga Online (Strength and Flexibility)
This course is ideal for beginners who want to tackle tension in the neck and back area. Through gentle, powerful exercises and mindful movements, you will gradually strengthen your muscles and gain flexibility. This allows you to tackle tension effectively and end the evening feeling stronger and more relaxed.
Katrin, a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200 hours) with a focus on back health, will guide you safely and harmoniously through the class.
Important notes: The course is not suitable if you are currently pregnant or have not yet completed your postnatal recovery.
The course takes place Monday evenings at 18:45 LIVE via Zoom and can be booked directly via the Hansefit online course calendar.
