Description
My courses take place in the beautiful NIVAS, a light-flooded room that is over 100 years old and is idyllically nestled between fields, meadows and woods on a remaining farm. The course room offers a wonderful view of the adjoining garden, where courses can also take place in good weather.
Organic insulation materials, local wood from the region, wooden floors and clay plaster on the walls ensure a pleasant room climate and good vibrations.
My course offer, always on Thursdays:
Hatha Flow from 17:30 to 19:00
Treat yourself to a valuable break from your hectic everyday life and immerse yourself in a world of peace and relaxation. In this Hatha yoga class, you can relax physically and refresh your mind.
The flowing sequence of asanas (physical exercises) strengthens your body, promotes flexibility and helps you to relax deeply. Stretch and strengthen the body, breathe consciously - and find yourself, feel your own rhythm again. Breathing exercises (pranayama), short stories and philosophical impulses help to deepen your practice.
This course is for anyone who wants a deep, regenerating time-out that nourishes body and soul. With individualized attention and a variety of options in the exercises, you will always feel safe and supported, no matter where you are on your yoga journey.
NEW from September 4th - Fascia Yoga from 19:15 to 20:45
Our fasciae are a fine, living network of connective tissue. They run through our entire body. They are a sensory organ and store strength, flexibility, emotions and experiences. If they are healthy, we feel fit and full of energy. If the flow stops, fatigue and tension arise and we feel restricted.
Fascia yoga gives you freedom and lightness at a deep level in your tissue. You can feel it from the inside out. The practice interweaves different impulses from breath and movement for a deep sense of well-being.
This practice is just right for you if you want to get back into the flow and find new lightness. Suitable for all yoga levels.
Yoga personal training and Ayurveda nutritional advice:
Private sessions are individual and personal. We look together at the level at which you need support. You tell me what your topic and your intention for the session is. On this basis, I will use my wealth of experience in yoga, Ayurveda and bodywork to put together a harmonious session for you.
Time and place by individual arrangement.
